I signed up to complete Ben’s first 28 days Leaner Programme in May. I have been sceptical of these programmes in the past, but after contact with Ben I was reassured that participating could only lead to benefits. My main aim was to be happier, healthier and to loose weight to help with pregnancy.
I am really grateful I listened to Ben’s advice and completed the course. The exercises were enjoyable and manageable and fitted in perfectly to a busy work and home life, even exercising with my one year old was possible…and entertaining for him!
I am now 18 weeks pregnant and honestly believe this is down to this programme and Ben’s experience and knowledge. I can not recommend this enough and will happily take part again when baby arrives!
